Wake Up Call
Prithvi Raj failed to protect his family.
Rana Pratap failed to protect his family.
Emperor Ashoka failed to seal his border;
in the name of non‑violence he opened it, and a brutal ideology entered our motherland.Shivaji failed to protect his family.
He set up his kingdom; he was king and warrior,
but he lacked the spare brutality required for some moments, and paid in loss.
Shambhuji failed to protect his family.
Family is greater than kingdom,
yet they could not shield their loved ones from the forces of division.Rana Sangha failed and Shashank failed.
Even Harsha Varsha failed and all the enlightened failed to hold the line.
Sri Chaitanya failed and Vivekananda failed.
Do you know even Netaji and Sri Aurobindo failed? The colonizers were not merely soldiers;
they came wrapped in a creed that preached love,
that said "love your enemy."
Their words echoed in the halls of scripture,
and many listened. Netaji could not see the whole danger.
Who killed innocents in the streets of great Kolkata and Noakhali?
Who raped and murdered during partition?
If Netaji had seen the full scale of human suffering,
would he have chosen the same path? What did the common people gain from freedom?
Think deeply and you will see a harder reality.
Freedom helped certain forces to pursue a cruel aim:
to spread a philosophy of violence across our divine land.
Freedom let them kill the innocent,
thousands of Hindus fell,
thousands of women were violated,
and we now take an oath to preserve democracy and communal peace.
But can communal harmony survive while a brutal ideology persists?
No—when one force follows a script that seeks others' annihilation,
peace is only a fragile dream.
Can you preach gospel or Tao to a starving beast and ask it to be still?
Can you ask a hyena to practice non‑violence?
Could Arjun flee the battlefield and renounce duty?
He had to fight to protect his family.
From Rama to Krishna,
from Krishna to Buddha and Mahavir,
from Lao Tzu, Socrates, and Pythagoras to Sri Chaitanya,
from Sri Chaitanya to Vivekananda and Ramakrishna,
enlightened masters taught the highest knowledge and guided people to inner safety and heaven on earth.
But what of the outward threat?
The enemy from the outer world is the most vicious,
the most cruel and ugly.
How shall we protect the land of rishis,
and the diverse, sacred tapestry of Hindus, Christians, Buddhists, Jains, Sikhs, Persis?
How—how—how?
Non‑violence alone may be sterile when faced with naked brutality.
How can an enlightened nation protect itself from the womb of violence?
Are you ready to learn from history?
Are you ready to protect your family?
Are you? Then stop.
Think.
Unite against the forces of division and a brutal ideology.
Protect your family,
preserve your culture,
safeguard your land,
or remain silent and be annihilated.
