In twilight's veil where shadows mourn,
A waking dream in darkness born,
Silent whispers through halls decay,
'Reveal your name, ' echoes fray.
The sun, a dim and ashen light,
Azure tears in endless night,
Love's faint echo, spectral sigh,
Haunts the corridors where spirits cry.
Head decayed upon forgotten shelves,
Body entwined in cursed dells,
Yearning climbs to haunted skies,
Drowning where the raven flies.
'Forget, ' the ghostly voice intones,
'Move along through shadowed stones,
Hold no hate, relinquish fear,
Remember me when darkness nears.'
Through spectral fog, I roam the keep,
Chasing shadows that never sleep,
Lost within the manor's gloom,
Flickering like a candle's doom.
Where are you, spirit of the night?
Whispers weave through pale moonlight,
In the void where phantoms tread,
Grasping memories of the dead.
What do I mourn beneath the stars,
What do I seek through ancient scars?
A nameless specter with hollow eyes,
Bound by dreams and midnight ties.
Canvas drenched in midnight's shroud,
Vivid strokes where shadows crowd,
Every line a ghostly art,
Every word a broken heart.
In this waking dream I stray,
Through the echoes of yesterday,
Seeking solace in the gloom,
Lost within the haunted room.
