Waking Up At 6: 30am Poem by Ryan Richards

Waking Up At 6: 30am

I wake up at 6: 30 in the morning
To know what it feel like
To see if Jesus words are true
Did he really come back to life

The evidences around me are true
And Jesus did say ' I am the resurrection'
But when He was on that cross
I know he was innocent

They shouted ' Crucify Him'
They put Him to death
The soldiers mocked Him
They place a crown of thorns on His head

They place a nails to his wrists
They also nail to his feet
Jesus cried out
'Forgive them father, for they not know what they doing'

'For it is finished'
As He bow his head and die
The graves open up
Surely he was the Son of God

Jesus is a world to me
I should be the one on that cross
I should be the one dying for my sin
I thank Him, I thank my God

Jesus prove there life after death
He even went through death
So we shouldn't be scare
He even preparing a place for us

On the third day
I woke up at 6: 30
To remember what Jesus said
I found out, the tomb is empty

nice little piece here, i am not a Christian by any means but i must salute your devoted words, not so much a descriptive masterpiece as a praise filled ode to jesus christ, i think you should look inside yourself sometimes for peace and hope, not to someone else, but thats just my opinion, good write! ! !
