Wandering - Into - The - Future And - Past
Let all know
that it is normal
and natural for
their mind to
wander off
into the past
or the future.
Let all be instructed
to simply guide
the attention
back to the
practice when
they notice
they have wandered
off, and to do so gently
and with compassion
so as not to give
themselves a hard time.
