Wandering Lately
I've lost some......hope
Along the way
Til now, my faith is waning
My Faith was Strong
I believed it was
And Hope, ...I used to call
My friend
But lately,
I've been struggling
Singing a different Song?
Off tune
Alas!
At last
You're searching me
And calling me to Your own
Knowing full well
It's not how one starts
But how one plays the game
Of life
How you are, by far,
Outweighs any offerings
So here I am
Been wandering
Wondering where to next
I know that He is calling me
I hear Him through all senses
Asking me where I'll be
? ? ?
When life comes
Claiming my end.
Not the end, yet........
Struggling with life is part of life....never lose hope. We wander sometimes until we find our way!
Much thanks for the comforting words, Aqua Flower, ...in Hope, yes! ! I appreciate the sound of an accepting patient stance, until we find or are found...Will rest easier, Gio

Only in love do we find hope and fulfillment. You have so much of it to give and give so much Your beautiful poetic Soul is saved by your Poetry and all the Love, you so gracefully and generously give others. I LOVE this poem! It has an honesty and calm beauty that very few have. Touches deep. I will read it over and over again, it gives me peace. .
I want to personally thank you Sandra. I feel the same! Ditto for the entire first stanza. I realize how guarded I am at times and would like that innocence to restore vulnerable truths...we all need honesty, with safe boundaries.
