Wandering Spirit Poem by Paul Warren

Wandering Spirit

Do you hear my lonesome sound
Of my lost soul wandering around
For me there is no hesitation
Just an uneven heartfelt consternation

Now a lost and lonely wandering
Not knowing what each dawn will bring
Repeating those lines not written down
Just a lonesome lonely sound

Who was I when I lived and breathed
Left alone in the end to now deceive
A puzzle for an inquiring mind
Just smitten being quite unkind.
