Want Poem by Corrari Wabbit

Want

We've been to that level before.
Its hurt us once, twice, three times more.
We should stay right here, just above despair, and reach for
something that is perhaps less rare.

Our desires get the best of us time after time.
Alwe want is want, mine, mine, mine.

This array of actions, thoughts and emotion;
is stupid, dumb, really not worth our effort, or our devotion.
So I guess what I am trying quite simpy to say, is that in
time, through time, we will probably all be ok.

If we can get our heads around what it means to be free,
Because why do we go blind, when everyone else can see?
