So many things
I want to say
My words
Are kept at bay
They do not come easy
I’m afraid to say
I want you
To hear them
Trying not to push
You away
Wanting you to know
What is in my heart
Feelings so strong
I’m here to stay
Someday
I will tell you
How much I care
You will be happy
And not scared
Although for now
Keeping it to myself
Hoping someday
You will say to me
Let’s live a life together
For eternity
For now I am near
Feelings hidden away
There will be the time
When they will be exposed
Will you except them
Unsure, who knows
What anyone’s future will hold
Water like life
watching the water flow
where dose it go
simple enough
just to sit and think
about our lives
flowing through
like the water
everyday
most things
do not change
some days a huge amount
to deal with
others very little
when it rains
they say it pours
with water that flows
our lives
and more
never knowing
what will be tomorrow
will bring
just wait and see
