Washed Away On Seashell Bay Poem by White Tiger

Washed Away On Seashell Bay

All my dreams were washed away
Washed away on seashell bay
The boat came to rest upon the sand
I woke up from my dream, to see some land
The sun was bright, as the seagulls played
The tide kept advancing on the eggs, turtles laid
The coconut trees were ripe and bent
You could smell them within the breezes scent
I left my footprints on the shore that day
Only to discover, they were washed away
I made a little hut, to sleep at night
It was taken by the wind, in a display of might
Along with the boat, that I was on
Everything not anchored, that night was gone
All my belongings, that I had with me
Were all washed away, out to sea
I stared at the heavens and began to pray
Seeing all my hopes, just washed away
How can I live?
How can I survive?
When I'm found, will I still be alive?
I laid on the sand and fell asleep
When along came a wave and dragged me deep
I woke up again, this time i was home
Had to believe, I was scared and alone
In a nightmarish dream, getting washed away
Washed away on seashell bay.
