It's been two years we've been together,
excludin' our fallouts and breakups,
now people continuously question me,
'Trisey... Why don't you just wake up? '

I can't stand to hear that question,
so I throw it at the back of my mind,
but I can't keep ignorin' it,
actin' like I'ma be fine.

Just thinkin' 'bout me losin' somethin' I never had,
makes me feel naive,
so I decided to leave,
so I can let you free.

I ain't a white dove,
so don't ever get me wrong,
but you just don't know
being a good girlfriend is very hard.

Confrontations, complications,
but I want my education,
but you won't let me be,
so I can start my celebration.

You don't even try to hold my hand,
but steady claimin' you're a man,
I highly don't believe that,
'cause in my mind it's not a fact.

Last time I seen you, you kissed me,
I ain't even feel nothing,
please remember I'm a girl,
I got feelings and need to feel something.

But I need to go now,
erasing memory from my mind,
we can still be friends though,
I just don't wanna be a waste of your time.
