How did I get here?
This is the place I never wanted to be.
You drug me here with your sweet words
Why did you do this to me?

I just wanted to feel
like I was in a story book romance.
I would have my prince and a happy ending,
but with you I won't get that chance.

You rescued another princess
and locked me in the dungeon without the key.
How can you be so cruel?
Don't you see how much you're hurting me?

Trapped in the highest tower
all by myself.
My happy ever after
is watching you love someone else.
