Waves On The Promenade Poem by Phil J Hambling

Waves On The Promenade

Lashing chandeliers on the shoreline
Bursting above
The Battleship grey under belly
Of the waves
Clutching on the promenade
The foaming claws
Reaching in desperation for their Land lover lost
Dragging back into the depths of the tumult
Dissolved
