Way Back Poem by Satish Verma

Way Back

You had made a hole
in intriguing wall, of chaste
value, of wrong surrender.

*

The thieves will come back
to pick up the loose threads
for wearing tapestry.

*

The beautiful song
always ends into oblique
reference to gender.
