We Are Not At The Center Poem by Shalom Freedman

We Are Not At The Center

Rating: 5.0

WE ARE NOT AT THE CENTER

We are not at the center of the solar system
We are not at the center of the Galaxy
We are not at the center of the Universe
We are not at the center of the Multiverse
If there is such thing
We are at the center only of ourselves
And no matter how small we are in physical space
In our feeling we are more than
All the stars combined
As we take their measures
With our Mind.

I wrote the poem 'Minds Burn Seek Meaning Knowledge Define Existence', inspired by the poem 'We Are Not At The Center', by the poet Shalom Freedman and dedicated to Shalom Freedman.

Planet Earth Sits In Scientific Discovery Sweat Spot planet earth has location a better view in our light dancing Milky Way galaxy a prime better view in cosmic universe elastic stretching out to expanding beginning long past time border edges from within our own Milky Way spiral galaxy arm two thirds out towards far edge rather than a light crowded centre blinded looking out Dedicated to the poet Shalom Freedman.

beautiful, I also feel the Milky Way has a better view from a spiral way out towards the edge, rather than a light crowded centre looking out
