We're In The Dark: Alexis Karpouzos

We're in the dark,
a veil in our eyes,
the light is mixed with the shadows,
chained souls in the cave of habit,
climb to the roof of heaven
if you want more light,
and then you will see the birds
make celestial circles with their freedom,
the fall gives them wings
