We've A Tapestry Of Stories

We've a tapestry of stories that helps build our quilt of life
Woven by the people that we've met
Prayer involved in circumstances that would come into play
And not a single one would we regret
We go to tell a story and then ten more wouldcome
And then maybe another ten as well
Such are the leadings of the Spirit
Praise God for the wonder of
That Hallelujah! ... He giveth us stories to tell

So tightly woven together for when another piece is placed
The thread of stories keeps it's memory
Though they are shared so often and family knows them well
They seem just as fresh in the telling as they were back in those days

Our special quilt from Heaven woven by our God
Our stops and steps are blest and preordained
Gold and silver precious stones.. our rock solid faith
While the wood, hay and stubble burns away
Thank God for the testimony that Lord Jesus saves
He loves to see the sinner be redeemed
The thread of life the instrument that's used to make our quilt
The Spirit of God directing all its seams!

Hallelujah what a Saviour!
