We were all born with shades of either black or white
In the daytime or maybe perhaps at night,
We were born either male or female
And we were all born knowledge-less and frail.
We were all born with hair of brunette, blonde, black or red
With the few hairs on top of our head,
We were all born with not a single tooth
And we were all born with not knowing the truth.
We were all born crying with our eyes closed
To the world we were all then born exposed,
We were born with no tattoos on us
And we were all born not knowing how to swear or cuss.
We were all born in different sizes
And we were all seen as God's great prizes,
We were all born with tiny feet and hands
And we were all born in different places and lands.
We were born rich, or well off or even poor
We were born on tables on beds or on a floor,
We were all born naked to all
And then we were all smacked and then we did bawl.
We were all born with eyes either black, green, brown or blue
And we all are born either a non believer or a Christian or a Jew,
We all were born with different shaped bodies and faces
But, we none were ever born racist.
