Were I Of This Earth The Emperor

Were I of this Earth the Emperor
I would at once ordain
That all. All bear Love and a gentle heart
And then wars and contention shall not be.
Thus too courts shall not be
Nor heavy laws to force unwillingly
But all do well full willingly
And above all, wars exterminated be.
