What Am I Poem by Ashok Suresh

What Am I

I'm happy for what I am
I don't fret about what I'm not,
When I'm asked to do something I'm not
I become what I'm not.

I achieve the improbable
I do what I don't expect of me,
I don't leave the work and run away
I leave it as a greater me.

Just now I realized
I'm not that bad,
I'm just a little different
and that in a strange way.
