What Do I Do? Poem by William Breland

What Do I Do?

Rating: 3.5

What do I do, when I feel bad, who can I call, when i'm real sad. Who will be there, to hold me near, cradle me in love, and show me cheer. For I am lonely, and need to know, which way to turn, which way to go. What do I do, when nobody's around, if I am lost, and need to be found. What Do I Do? If my heart breaks, who has the glue, is it someone else, or simply just you. what do I say, in a differant land, who will meet me, to take my hand. Sinking so fast, in these feelings of mine, trying so hard, to be better and fine. But you are gone, and these tears do fall, hoping one day, that you'll hear my call. What Do I Do? For I have no companion, to hold me close, to be my doctor, and give me a dose. A prescription of love, is what I need, because of my sarrows, my heart does bleed. What Do I Do? - to be cont. -

Wow. This is how I would feel if I lost my dad. He is the world to me and if he were gone...well it'd be like you said. Beautiful poem!
