What do I find in isolation?
Mere some consolation
That I am hiding from people
To escape the unforeseen trouble
I had to face criticism
For being supporter of humanism
In private and in public
To be known for views so symbolic
This was only reason
That I was undesired person
By many for frankness
And they pounced severely on face
I thought of it many times
To remain aloof and quiet some times
There was ample time to think and assess
The tension had gripped my face
I took decision to retire
For time being and try
Real strategy to counter
Their move and alter the impression
The compromise was best alternative
“I need to be little supportive”
I thought for a while and agreed
It was best way to side with little greed
I opened door to greet all
Gave my verdict with fine call
“I shall move with public opinion”
As I believe in strong union
The news spread like wild fire
There were messages from all sides with admiration
I was not at all happy but surrendered
At least some service I had wished to render
