What I'M Afraid Of Poem by Connie Tallada

What I'M Afraid Of

Rating: 5.0

When I was just a little kid
I can't sleep alone at bed
I was so afraid to be left alone
The darkness was shaking my bone.

Now that I grow more older
I have been strenghten by years
But still I have so many fears
Lot of things that I never dare.

I'm not afraid to this world
I'm just afraid from rejection
I'm not afraid to explore
I'm just afraid for wrong direction.

I'm not afraid of heights
I'm just afraid of falling
I'm not afraid for trying
I'm just afraid for failing.

I'm not afraid to touch the sky
I'm just afraid to soar high
I'm not afraid to love
I'm just afraid of not being love back.
