What If Poem by Raymichelle Springer

What If

Rating: 5.0

I've had enough
I've been here too long
I'm tired of the games
I'm sick of the same old songs
Done everything i can
Tried everthing i could
Maybe you just don't want me
Look how long it took me to see
What if i were to move on how would you feel
What if i were to let you go and this time it would be real
What someone were to take me
What if i wanted to go
Would you ever even miss me
Would you even let me know
You say you're not good for me
But i'd father take you as you are
You want to fix your problems then let us be
But to do that you're pushing me far
Futher than i can take, futhrer than i can reach
Futher than my heart can extend
Futher than words can speech
I'd take you as you are problems, worries and stress
I know you want whats good for me
But my heart you must not test
What if i were to move on how would you feel
What if i were to let you go and this time it would be real
What if i get tired of waiting, anticipating, debating and contemplating
Holding on to something, someone, that isn't there
What if i were to give up and leave you, would you think it fair?
Don't you see i'm hurting or don't you care.
