What Is Love?
What is love?
They tell me is a feeling from the heart,
And again i say,
What is love,
I never had that feeling in my heart,
Is it warm?
Is it cold?
Am i going to feel it before i get old?
Please let me know,
What is love?
Is it like a Cinderella story?
Will it have a happy ending?
Or is it like hell?
What is love?
Will it protect me?
Or will it rip my heart out,
Tear my world apart,
Make me plunge into suffering?
What is love?
Will it bring me happiness,
Make me content?
Or will it bring privation?
Is that love?

I often ask myself what is love. So I looked up what loved meant and this what it said. Love is an emotion of a strong affection and personal attachment. Love is also a virtue representing all of human kindness, compassion, and affection; and the unselfish loyal and benevolent concern for the good of another. Love may also be described as actions towards others or oneself based on compassion, or as actions towards others based on affection.
