What Is The Meaning Of Easter? Poem by Theresa Ann Moore

What Is The Meaning Of Easter?

A season for tulips and daffodils of yellow.
Eating jelly beans and eggs of marshmallow…
With artificial colors and intense sweetness.
A time to celebrate a life and completeness.

The importance of Easter is the resurrection.
A renewal of life that once felt disconnection.
A hope for forgiveness at a heavenly address…
Where sinners and chocolate bunnies are guests.

How nice that we share the same feeling and our poems are back to back I feel pleased to be in such great company: O)
