What's It Like In Heaven?
By Eric Davies
What's It Like In Heaven?
I reallly wanna know.
Are there streets and corners
and birds and bees,
these are things I would love to see,
What's It Like In Heaven?
I really wanna know,
can I kiss my mom upon her cheek,
or feel the wind blow through my hair,
these are things I would love to feel,
If only I was there,
What's It Like In Heaven?
I really wanna know,
can I stroll the beach with
my toes in the sand,
with my lover hand in hand,
Can I feel this in Heaven
I'd like to know if I can,
What's It Like In Heaven?
I reallly wanna know,
Can I see a child's smile
or feel a tear run down my face,
Can I hear the birds chirping
or feel the morning sun's warm
embrace,
What's It Like In Heaven?
I reallly wanna know,
What's It Like In Heaven?
I reallly wanna know,
well I guess I don't have to ask
I will know it when
I go.
The Kingdom of Heaven is inside of you. You will be able to see, smell and hear things though not with your physical body which is left behind but with your subtle body which is like the body you experience in dreams.

Work of an active imagination, well articulated and nicely penned. Thanks for sharing Eric.
