You said to come to you
Whenever I was feeling blue
You’d be there and you’d care
That’s what you said to me

With a pat and a smile
You said to hang in there
And to come to you
Whenever I could breathe no air

So I watched you
And waited for the right time
The time I thought
I’d never be forever fine
And I came to you
Just like you said I should

But you turned away
And left me out in the cold dark rain
To thunder through my own problems
To thunder through my own pain

Yet you acted like I never did.
Nothing did you even do.
Now what am I supposed to do?
