What You Want Me To Be Poem by Tim Sal

What You Want Me To Be

Rating: 5.0

Lay your cold hand upon my shoulder
Lead me to your faith and make me stronger.
See me drowning in the ocean of your love.
Leave your cold heart inside my soul
Leave me in your mind and let me snow.
See me falling down on your melting love.

See me just as your reflection
See me as your love affection
See me as I am what you want me to be
I could be your lover, darling
I could be your emptied body
I could be what you want me to be.

Fill my wild life with your sweet poison
Tell me what you've done and what you've chosen
See me dying in the passion from above.
Keep your empty heart inside my body
Keep your passion locked for everybody
See me coming tumbling from above.

I could be your inspiration
I could be your new temptation
If you just opened for me and saw me as I want to be
I could die for your embraces
I could kill the one who chases
If you saw me as I want to be.

Give yourself a mark as you usually do. Why write drivel?
