When A Painting Falls Poem by eathan Scala

When A Painting Falls

I yearn for you to save e from this ghost i call myself
i turn to find you sleeping...Not hearing my silent cry
my hands on walls with windows of broken glass
i yearn for you to save me from this moment in my past

deviod of meaning, where sense is no longer made
i'm slipping through the cracks of this painting
of a foreign picture...About to fade.

Shall i linger here slowly...Counting down the days?
Should i wonder how i came to feel that you're needed?
For you cannot hear my fear...A fear growing...Seeded.
