Always Obscured Poem by eathan Scala

Always Obscured

Down my window runs the calming drizzle rain
Obscuring my vision of her
Distant sounds of traffic passing by
Her blurry shape standing there and cry,
Across the street in a lonely kind of room,

Creeping memories of sharp pains of cold knives through my heart
Out my back,
Forced in by her under pending crack,

As she pulled me into her confusing heart and mind,
Only leaving me with hopes that i wont find,

Bright lights of cars moving by lighting up her window,

As my eyes open wide….I glare at her vision smothered
By persisting rainfall….now becoming clear,
Getting closer to see my dear.

Then the sounds of water dropping down to take what I see, slowly
Yet again… away from me.

You have a very individualistic style Eathan. Good stuff. Shaun.
