When Anger And Hatred Scorch Your Veins Poem by Mohammad Younus

When Anger And Hatred Scorch Your Veins

When anger and hatred scorch your veins,
like wildfire seeking to consume,
let forgiveness fall like gentle rain—
dousing flames, nurturing blooms of love.

On stifling summer nights when memories
of Spring's tender caress haunt your soul,
like ghosts of the dearly departed,
let patience be the cool evening breeze,
and hope, the dawning light.

When stress coils around you, suffocating,
and confusion clouds the path ahead—
a fog of uncertainty thick as the grave—
let faith pierce through like a sunbeam,
and grace guide your weary steps.

When the trickster ego struts and mocks,
and winter's chill settles deep in your chest,
let divine wisdom melt the frost—
a radiant dawn, dispelling shadows' deceit.

When the sacred melody whispers,
echoing moments when the Divine spoke,
and the world weighs heavy, unyielding—
let His omnipresence enfold you, a cloak
against the harsh winds of life.

If you find yourself adrift in thought,
like a poet lost in verses, or a melody's
sweet embrace, seek out pearls of passion—
jewels of insight hidden within the depths
of contemplation.

In dreams, I see you—
kiss your brow, hold you close—
yearning to bridge the chasm of sleep.
Let our love transcend the veil,
make tangible what only dreams touch.

When I gaze upon your beauty manifest,
never whispering farewells, only beckoning—
"Come closer, beloved; you are the mirror
through which I see myself, the voice
through which I hear my soul's call."
Let 'I Am The Truth' reign eternally.
