When I Decide My Suicide Poem by John Verdin

When I Decide My Suicide

Rating: 5.0

I think about my suicide everyday
A voice whispers to me of harming myself in every kind of way
With a gun to smear my brains on the wall
Or have my lifeless body hanging from the hall
Slit my wrists in the rain
Or get run over by a train
Could poison myself with the fumes from my car
Or tie cinderblocks around my ankles to sink down so far
Suffocate myself with a bag over my head
Or by jumping of a building letting the streets below run red
Overdosing on drugs it all ends the same
I thought life is supposed to be fun and exciting like a game
Oh I wonder how you would react when I died
After I'm gone how much you actually cried
This is my suicide note that I will send
When I decide when my life comes to an end

Very poignant indeed...I like the way you compose words and the rhyming sounds it connects... But remember that life is beautiful... 😊 Thank you for sharing... A 10
