I lay entwined with you
Arms around me tight
And every so often
You’d twitch and they’d tighten
Like you were afraid I’d leave
As if you’d never let me go
And I never knew what it was like
To be so content and happy
Until I was loved by you
And I never want to lose that
Never want to be without it
