When I'm Gone Will You Carry On Poem by Paul Warren

When I'm Gone Will You Carry On

Will there be anyone left to sing our song
When the truth is known all along
Will the wounds of yesterday
Stay as scars and not fade away

Will the nightmares of times before
Go and not come back some more
When I'm gone will you carry on
And not be lost in the teeming throng.
