When Life Feels Broken Poem by Matthew Fowler

When Life Feels Broken

If love has left you bleak, with a dark decrepid soul,
And the storm has left your heart red with flame.
And it seems like your knees are glued to the earth.
And life feels not the same.

If you have fallen in the midway, between life and death.
And there is no marker towards where you stooped.
If your load becomes unbearable, and infinite
And you feel like you will lose.

If your soul has been cut, dried out and splintered
By the unshaven wood of your forgotten life.
And the pain seems unbearable ro the point.
You feel benounced to the reapers scythe.

If your heart feels lonely, broken, and pale,
And the road seems infinitely dark.
The finish is beyond the barrier inevitable.
Yuo hvent quit, theres no time to start.

When you muster strength and speed within you.
You felt you had lost for the rest of your time
When you step through the darkness and the shadows
Repine from weaping, this is your journey, this is your life
