When life gets you down,
And you're going through hell.
Keep a smile on your face,
So that no one can tell.

When you get turned away,
Just hold your head high.
No matter how much,
You may want to cry.

When you just want to speak,
But no one will listen.
Keep your nose clean,
And find what you're missing.

When the monsters come out,
And speak in your mind.
Just ask for some help,
It's easy, you'll find.

When you can't express yourself.
And no words some to mind,
Just keep yourself calm,
And find someone kind.
