When Warfare Becomes A Sad Dream Poem by Joyce Hemsley

When Warfare Becomes A Sad Dream

When weapons of war toss around you
I'll be there ~ as swift as a dove.
My arms so anxious to help you
As your dream I must change to
'The Reality of Love'.

Whenever I sense your heart crying
To you I will fly through the air...
Your nightmare is blue no denying!
But peaceful hours will soon return
Through heaven's gift of prayer.
