When We Speak Of Endings Poem by Benjamin Chiu Uy

When We Speak Of Endings

When We Speak Of Endings

While we talked
the Ángels of death
circumnavigated,

While we cuddled.
The lance of the spears,
bones kept pilling,

While we vacationed,
The winds of the war,
The revolutions of life,
And it's granule process,

Body and soul
raced inwards,
toward tears,
toward the tunnels,

setas ashes,
breaking points,
whichever the which way,
the riddance,

the simulations,
the spittles,
the balance,
becomes outdated,

Elegy,
goes gritty speech
unpleasant,
as an ending,
