When What Is Who (And What I Do)

Tug at the end of a nail
See if it slips
Over a nail
Kill it quick
Before it gets you
Come and see the wall
Come and shoot a sparrow
See it struggle
On the floor
Vermillion dots splatter it
Not made for your black boots
It's better when you're barefoot
Clean cut and a spill
Red red red
And so's the kill
A hundred miles against windmills
And you are Dante
I am strong will
Forever meant to climb the hill
And peak the fall
The void to fill
With nothingness
Of magnitudes sublime
See my muse and make it shrine
Make it laugh at the cold dime
Here in my palm
It too reddened
Clutch it in a fist
See drops fall over a hill
