You do not care for the incentives
You do not mind what others would think
The pleasure of doing what you love is enough

The satisfaction is in the doing
Whether people appreciate it or not will not matter
It is the intrinsic value of doing that motivates you
When you love what you do
You do not care for the rewards from others
You feel happy with yourself
You are intrinsically motivated
And that is more important than any other rewards
