Here I am, broken hearted and
it's been this way, since the
day we parted! It's not easy
without you, as I miss you more
than you could possibly know.
All I can think about, how fast
time keeps passing, but my
feelings for you, remain in tow!
Life isn't fair in many ways,
but we go on, just the same. You
can't help but wish things were
different, but no matter how much
you wish, there's no one, to blame!
Everything, is in the hands of fate,
how can we know, what lies ahead?
If we did, then I'm certain, we'd
all be fearful and full of dread!
Life will always, be full of
surprises that's the way, it should
be. For if we knew in advance, what
was going to happen, it would make
a wreck out of you and me! It hurts
when you lose someone, very dear to
your heart. It can be a day, months,
or even years, as it's difficult to
endure, whenever you're apart!
