Hi Gloria (lovely name) - Verse One is beautiful. 'I want to hold your hand' is a very famous song by the BEATLES. The physical and emotive contact of 'holding hands' with someone you love is so so special. 'If you just hold my hand for a minute - nothing can cme between us'. Physical separation form the object of our love brings emotional pain.'Where are you now? My file is faling down and there are tears'. The single line DON'T LOVE ME is very intriguing. As it is written it is a cry of anguish to the one you love - for them not to return you love because of the 'barriers' outlined in Verse Two. If you had written DON'T LEAVE ME Verse Two would have been much more poignant. I would value your comment on this! Verse Two is so so emotive. We all fall in love with people who seem outside the realm of possibility. You highlight the conflict of Emotions - Skin Tone - Personality - We so want to bridge the gulf that separates us but it is mega painful. 'Can't you see that i'm dying for you? Your love is killing me! ' - Awesome! . The last line is one we have all uttered 'I just wish all of this was a fairy tale'.
