Where Do I Go Now? Poem by King Njoroge

Where Do I Go Now?

I haven't travelled at all,
No, I am yet too see the world,
I am still so green,
But how long can I stay that way,
How much longer till I start changing color,
Have my best days past me by,
What is the future to a past so dark,
And what is sunshine to a cloud so black,
Every journey begins with a single step,
So why does it feel like I'm running in place,
The world doesn't seem like it's out to get me anymore,
Because it got tired dancing without a partner,
What is so old and yet so inexperienced,
I feel like a child trapped in a man's body,
And playtime is over, and I don't know my way back home.
