Many serious thoughts
cross one's mind
when the need draws
some say it's normal
just wait
others shed tears
what will happen
when I'm no more

who shall whack my back
as I whine
who will say
a bloody good man divine
will laugh and shout aloud
gone is the self wallowing clown

then there aren't many dirty fish
in the ocean of life
many suffer beyond
variable strife
yet survive
some die ere
but no one about them does care

they die somewhere
out where Eternity meets Infinity
Poet Me will be calling out at you
so be it

a rebirth from toxic times
when all called to say
the guy doesn't rhyme
anyway thank goodness
he has merged,
but someone will yell
friend but not submerged

till then let the twain be fixed
Eternity with Infinity
and between me

as I embark on a voyage beyond time
where there is no need
to be sad
if poetry does
or does not rhyme
