Take a deep breathe
Let your stress go,
Let your eyes wander
To see all these beautified creation
If those toxic thoughts you still do ponder,
Then let out a scream till pain gone

Take a deep breathe again
You were meant to fly remember? ?
Let Your Wings To Fly Miles Away
Don't let them clip your wings

You've been broken but embrace yourself.
When chains of sorrow surround you well.
You feel like hell.
A voice says "still hope you dare not rest"
Let your soul sinks into
with hope and courage

breathe deeply
sink inside you
feel the true light of hope
let all pains come out
let all pains burst into tears

maybe every single drop of tears
a pill of healing wounded heart.
