White Cranes Poem by Bijay Kant Dubey

White Cranes

White cranes,
So many in number
I saw them,
Saw them flying
In flocks,
So many,
So many
Perched,
Perched upon
The boughs,
The boughs of the tree
By the river side
Dotted by the grassy kash blooms
And the sun glistening,
Glistening
And the scene whitely,
Whitely
Intermixing with
Sunny white skies and clouds
So calm and serene
With the waters murmuring by,
Rushing down.
