And my mind answered

And what you run from



You are what your fears are



And you are what you learn from books



You are what you hold onto



And you are what you defend



You are what you lose yourself in



And you are what you find in people



You are as you compare to others



And you are what you judge yourself to be



You are what people say you are



You are what you possess



And you are what you lose"
