A very difficult question but it's answer is simple. He is who enables you to think. He enables you to act in accordance with your thinking. Reasonable questions seeking desperately for answers. Well to have God in our life doesn't mean sailing on a boat with no storm but it means having boat that no storms can sink! ! ! .
