I know of what you speak, some idiot having a go at one so sweet... Andy 10
That's what writing is all about! Whether it's prose or poetry, writers invent a persona for the occasion. Men can pretend to be women (witness Tolstoy's Anna Karenina) or women to be men (Mary Shelley's Frankenstein) - or can be many in one work (witness everything by William Shakespeare) ! Just as long as the end result satisfies the criteria for good creative work!
ditto to Andy.....I do feel bad for the people that tear others down...they must think so little of themselves that they need to break others down below their own bellies just to build themselves up.....they must really think lowly of themselve and have to much time on their hands to bother with such trivial matters....look in the mirror first and get that log out of your eye before you judge!
