constituents that problems are.............
The military and pentagon leaders have miscalculated the true enemy and their resources................................
While the military and the pentagon blame the problems on inaccurate information or distortion of the truth by the CIA.................
And the President reconciliates the dilemna shifting the blame to the inability of the congressmen and representative to come to a consensus................................................
